General purpose pumps

The Autoprime range of AC, L, PM and PE general purpose pumps offer the advantage of the lower cost package but with the opportunity to pick and choose the level of technology that is required.

The AC (Air Cooled) L (Long Coupled) ranges are the traditional range that has been in use for many years in many applications. The range offers a slightly higher head capability than the PM/PE range. Pumps sizes from 2" (50mm) to 8" (200mm).

PM Series

The PM series pump ends offer a higher flow capability than the L Series and elongated solids handling capability. Fitted with a mechanical priming system identical to the L Series (based on the Univac mechanical priming system) but with the added benefit of the low emission coalescer and higher capacity vacuum pump used on the Q-Series range.

PE Series

The PE series pump ends takes the technology a stage further in addition to those benefits experienced with the PM range there is the added bonus of the electric priming system that senses when the pump is primed saving on fuel costs and wear & tear. The PE priming system is identical to that used on SPP Pumps award winning Q-Series.

ACE100RT - SPP ACE100 Air Cooled, close coupled, 100mm (4inch), diesel

SPP AUTOPRIME ACE100, 100mm (4") pump driven by a diesel engine generally comprising of an impellor driven by a stainless steel shaft close coupled to the engine. The shaft is sealed by market leading double face silicon carbide mechanical seals, running in an oil reservoir enabling long periods of dry-running. The pump suction and outlet are fitted with galvanised bauer couplings (other details are available on request). The pump will pass solids up to 40mm diameter.
The automatic, self priming, vacuum pump of 40m3/hr (25cfm) displacement is belt driven from the engine shaft.

The engine is the proven Hatz 1D90 which meets exhaust emissions, is air cooled, offers low noise levels and is one of the most fuel efficient engines on the market . The entire package is built onto a 24 hour chassis fuel tank which is mounted on a road tow trailer.
The control panel includes: key and hour meter. The pump suction and outlet are fitted with galvanised bauer couplings (other details are available on request). Each pump is provided with: 2 keys, owners manual and CE certification.
